Simply put, the winners of the Nations League will take home the coveted trophy and the title of CONCACAF Nations League champions. The tournament also serves as a route to qualify for the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Twelve teams are selected based on their performances in the 2024/23 Nations League  nominally the group winners of Leagues A, B and C, but if they have already qualified they will be replaced by the next best-ranked team in their league.
