Blackcell is a premium version of the battle pass that comes with special skin variants, an operator, exclusive blueprints, and CoD Points. Now this cannot be bought with CoD points and is 30 dollars. So only buy that if you are absolutely sure you want it. You do NOT need it to get the regular Battle Pass.
