The Clssico dos Milhes (English: Classic of Millions) is the name given to Flamengo and Vasco da Gama association football derby, both teams from the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Considered as one of the most fiercely contested derbies in Brazilian football, both in historic rivalry and in popularity.

The Paulista Derby is the biggest rivalry in Brazil. The football rivals, Corinthians and Palmeiras, are the two oldest clubs in So Paulo. The rivalry began in 1917 when Corinthians, unbeaten in 25 matches, lost 3-0 to the relatively new Palmeiras.

What is SPIN's dress code? Our first rule of dress code is there is no dress code. Well, that's not entirely true, please keep those feet inside your shoes, but all other outfits, costumes and 90's era attire are profusely encouraged and rewarded.

A spin class typically lasts anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Throughout the session, your instructor will shout commands, such as gear up  and find your flat road,  but you're always in control of your workout's intensity via the resistance knob located under the bike's handlebars.
