A gambling game is legal if it has 🛡 been authorised in terms of the National Gambling Act 7 of 2004 (the Act) and respective provincial legislation. 4.2. Any 🛡 gambling activity that is not authorised as listed in sections 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Act is 🛡 illegal and criminal sanctions may be imposed.
