More than 20 months after agreeing to the company's largest purchase ever, Microsoft has closed its acquisition 👍 of Activision Blizzard. The deal was put through a hefty regulatory review and has finally gained a favorable ruling from 👍 a U.S. district judge.

With the deal officially settled, Microsoft takes ownership of all of Activision Blizzard's franchises and 👍 developers. This means Microsoft will now own Call of Duty, Overwatch, Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, and Candy Crush, as well as 👍 the people and studios behind those gigantic franchises.
