Very disturbing. Most kills in the movie are not instant. The main character Art the Clown kills his victims very slowly; his goal is too make his victims feel pain. Opossum is seen dead and mutilated behind a school dumpster.

After Terrifier's nauseating hacksaw scene, Terrifier 2 takes things a step further and includes dismemberment, cannibalism, and scalpings galore. The film even got a shout-out from renowned horror writer Stephen King for its impressively gory style, reminiscent of old-school slasher flicks.
